FAQs

I’m not sure how to pose, can you help?

Yes! The great thing about booking with me is that Im here to guide you. Many of my clients who book with me have no prior experience in front of the camera. I provide a fun and relaxing atmosphere so that you can be your best self.

How can I assure I get the best possible photos.

For best results I recommend booking an MUA or Hairstylist. While I am known to work my photoshop magic, its in your best interest to arrive as prepared as possible. This is the time to treat yourself as these images will last a lifetime.

What do I need to bring to my session?

It is the clients responsibility to provide any props they desire for their photo session. I have an existing prop closet and I’m happy to provide any items if it is in my possession. If you are looking to build an elaborate set please look into contacting a set designer as this is their specialty.

Can I upgrade later on?

Of course! If you’re indecisive and unsure of how many images you want, you have the opportunity to purchase more when you select your images for final editing. However, if you already have an idea of the number of images you want, it helps me when shooting.

How long until I receive my edits?

Please allow a 2 week turn around time following the date of the shoot for your images to be delivered.

Do you offer discounted rates?

Occasionally I host mini sessions which provide fewer edits at a lower price. Follow my social media to keep updated on any upcoming mini shoots. My standard portrait sessions include more edits and time. These rates are non negotiable.

Do you include RAW files?

For standard portrait shoots I do not include raw files. As the photographer, a part of my job is to filter through and select/edit the best images.

What’s the difference between a personal and commercial shoot?

It is federal law that copyright is automatically attributed to the person that takes the image (me) . A standard portrait session allows for clients to use the images for personal use which include things like posting on social media. A commercial session is used for business purposes. If you are selling a product or plan on using the images on things like your website, flyers, ads etc. Then a commercial package is ideal for your business as they permit for more extensive usage.
